Return Policy

At christianlouboutinsalesites.com, your satisfaction is what we strive for. We are fully confident you will be pleased with your product and the speed and quality of service. Our job does not end when you click buy. As a wholesaler as well as an individual vendor, it is our business to maintain long term relationships with clients. We are, therefore dedicated to following through with our service until full customer satisfaction is achieved. We understand that each client's needs are unique, so are ready to deal with any problems that arise.

In order to return your products, send an e-mail to christianlouboutinsalestore@gmail.com. explaining the reason you wish to return your order, we will reply promptly and instruct you where to return your shoes. Do not return to sender. You must contact us before returning any items in order to receive a refund or replacement.

You must return your bag(s) new and unused condition within 7 days of receipt for refund, and with all tags attached. You must send you returned package via courier at your own expense to our warehouse in Asia and provide us with a tracking number in order for a replacement/refund to be issued. In such cases, we will lose the initial cost of shipping to you, and so, unfortunately, can not offer to pay the return fees. Refund will be made in the same form in which payment was received (i.e. Refunded on your credit card) and may take up to 15 business days after receipt of the goods. Items purchased with a discount code may only be returned for exchange. Refunds will be issued within 15 days of receipt, and will be credited to your credit card.

1. Partial Refund:

Our website cannot give a full refund for non-quality problems such as:
a. “The product is not what I’d imagine it to be.
b. “I am not satisfied with this product,and change mine mind.”
d. "the colour of shoes have some chromatic aberration with your pictures"(ps:Some pictures of our website are processed by photoshop, and because of different display,the shoes may have some chromatic aberration ,it is ineluctable in shopping online. If you want to see the real picture,please tell us ,we can give you the unprocessed photos.)
e."Your shoes are not real .i want to cancel the order"(ps:Our shoes are replicas,please took notice before order.)
f. "I received the shoes ,but your size are not fit for me, because it's not same as our country.So i want to return."(ps:The shoes size number standards of each country are not the same,even the foot length of same size & country are not same in different brand.So we suggest that our dear customers choose your shoes with the foot length for the referenced standard .Please measure your foot length to confirm whether the size is fit for you. g. The shoes you send back have man-made sabotage, or run short of the other assembly(like box,dust cover...)
h. other non-quality problems...

In 7 days (from the date products were received), if you request returning the purchased items because of the reasons above, you need to send back to us the products in original package (you will pay the shipping fees back). When we receive the products sent back intactly, besides the shipping fees, we will also deduct a certain amount of handling fee based on your order total amount and give you a partial refund.

2. Full Refund:

a.If you have ordered the shoes,but they are not in stock,and don't want to change other ones, we will give you a full refund.
b.In 7 days (from the date products were received), if you find the products with quality problems. You need to send back the products in original package to us(you will pay the shipping fees). When we receive the products sent back intactly, we will give you a full refund of the purchased item (shipping fee not included). (Note: It is our quality-control professional that give a final judgement on whether the quality problems are caused by personal factors or non-resistent external damage. The purchased products will not be repaired, replaced nor returned for free if its quality problems are caused be human factors or avoidable damage.)

when the order is got across successfully, the bank & payment platform will deduct 5% of transaction amount from our account as procedure fee. It can't been back to us. If the problems are our mistake, we will undertake the charge; if not , we don't.

3. None Refund:

we can't accept the refund for these reasons, such as :

a."I have received the shoes ,found the shoes are not real."(ps:Our shoes are replicas,please took notice before order.)
b.The shoes are lost because of wrong address you offered.(ps:please check up the information carefully,and give us a confirmed reply after we send the Email of "Order Confirmation“.)
c. Not quality problem after 7 days (from the date products were received).

4.Exchange:

a.If you choose a wrong size,you can tell us ,and send the shoes(unbeschaedigt) back,we will change a new one.We do not charge a restocking fee but in such cases, we lose the cost of the initial shipping and so can not pay for shipping both ways.
b.If we send a wrong style because of our mistake,we will pay for shipping both ways of postage .

So, we don't accept the catawampus refusal of payment ,and will protect our rights and interests through legal channels.
